La Asociación de Críticos de Televisión anunció los ganadores de la 39.ª edición de los premios TCA donde Succession y The Bear fueron las grandes triunfadoras, en una ceremonia realizada de forma online.

La 39.ª entrega anual de los Premios TCA , que canceló su evento presencial este año debido a las huelgas de WGA y SAG-AFTRA, publicó a través de una nota de prensa y publicaciones en redes sociales su lista de ganadores el lunes con Succession de HBO llevándose los premios al programa del año, así como destacado logro en drama (un premio que también ganó en 2022 y 2020).
Otra ganadora importante fue The Bear de FX , que se transmite en Star+ para Latinoamérica, llevándose los premios a mejor comedia y mejor nuevo programa; y además se honró a los trabajos de Rhea Seehorn en drama por Better Call Saul, y a la estrella de Poker Face, Natasha Lyonne, por comedia.
